Please consult this page for any questions or issues regarding Online Training.

I did not receive an email with access information.
If you have completed your registration but did not receive an email confirming your registration and providing your access code:
1. Check your Spam and Junk Mail folder.
2. If the email is not in your Inbox, Spam, or Junk Mail, wait one-hour. We are experiencing a high volume of registrations, and there may be a slight delay in receiving your email.
3. If you have waited 24 hours and have still not received the email in your Inbox, Spam, or Junk Mail, your Spam/Junk filters may be the problem. If you are using a work or University email their filtering may be the problem.
4. If you have exhausted all other options, please contact driep.help@gmail.com

Will the CEUs for training be accepted by my licensing body?
The Diversity and Resiliency Institute of El Paso is a project of the Borderland Rainbow Center. As is disclosed in the footer of every page on our website, and on the Anti-Racism Training registration page, the Borderland Rainbow Center under sponsor number 7798 has been approved by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners to offer continuing education contact hours to social workers. The approved status of The Borderland Rainbow Center, Continuing Education Service expires annually on July 31. If you hold licensure in another state or in another discipline, it is not guaranteed that our webinar content will meet your requirements. Check with your licensing board to determine your requirements and allowances for CEUs offered outside your state or discipline.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes.
If you have registered and paid for CEUs, you will receive a certificate via email once you complete the CEU exit survey. This certificate will be formatted in accordance with Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners requirements. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE CEU EXIT SURVEY TO RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE
If you have registered for free, you will receive a certificate of completion via email once you have completed the exit survey.
Please note, the exit survey is not the Post-test. The exit survey is located after the post-test.
Make sure to check your Spam and Junk Mail folders if your certificate does not appear in your Inbox.
*Make sure you type your email address correctly on the exit survey, the certificate is automated and will be delivered to the email address you enter in the Exit Survey*
If you do not receive your certificate within 24 hours, or if any information on your certificate is incorrect, please contact driep.help@gmail.com

Are trainings accessible for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons?
Our Anti-Racism Training is fully accessible. Other One-Hour webinars are being revised for captioning.
Videos in asynchronous trainings are pre-recorded and captioned. Trainings may also contain handouts and written text, as well as journal entries that can be used to engage with the facilitator. For live trainings an Interpreter can be requested with 72 hours notice.

The registration form will not submit.
If you are attempting to register and the form will not submit:
1. Make sure all fields are completed in the registration form. If a section does not apply to you, enter n/a
2. If all fields are completed and the form will not submit, please exit the website and then re-enter and try again. We are experiencing a high volume of people registering, and sometimes this creates glitches.
3. If you have completed all fields, refreshed or re-entered the website, have checked your browser, and the form will still not submit, please contact driep.help@gmail.com

Payment Issues
The payment window will not open.
If you are attempting to register and pay for CEUs and the payment window will not open:
1. Make sure all fields are completed in the registration form. If a section does not apply to you, enter n/a
2. If all fields are completed and the payment window still will not open, please exit the website and then re-enter and try again. We are experiencing a high volume of people registering, and sometimes this creates glitches.
3. If you have completed all fields, refreshed or re-entered the website and the payment window still will not open, please contact driep.help@gmail.com

My payment did not process.
If you have completed CEU registration and you received a message that your payment did not process or was declined:
1. Check your payment source to see if payment has been withdrawn or is processing. If no payment has been withdraw or no payment is processing, please refresh the registration page and attempt to complete registration and payment again.
2. If you can see that payment has been withdrawn from your account or is processing, DO NOT submit payment again. When so many people register at once, it can cause a temporary clog in the payment system, which can result in a first system attempt to process the payment to fail. This is not something we have control over, it is due to so many people registering. If you see that payment has cleared your account, and you have received your access information, you may proceed with the training. Should there truly be a payment issue, we will contact you.

I want to pay with my credit/debit card, not PayPal
If you do not want to use PayPal, please continue to proceed through the payment process, following all instructions and completing all fields. Then when you arrive at the PayPal log in screen, you will see a button or text that says "Pay with credit/debit card", and click it. You will then be allowed to pay with a card instead of PayPal. The payment form and all payment processes have been tested as a user and are functional.

I want to request a refund.
If you need to request a refund for any reason, please contact driep.help@gmail.com Subject: Refund. Please indicate in the email why you are requesting the refund. Refund requests must be sent within 72 hours of purchase. Any refund approved will be initiated within 48 hours of acknowledgement of your request. If you have already completed the training and request a refund, or if you request a refund after 72 hours from you purchase, we are not obligated to fulfill that request.
