white people dismantling racism gives me so much hope. it is a breath of fresh air to see a group of white people educating themselves on the racism that exists. because it is not the responsibility of POC to educate white people on the problems of white people which is systemic racism, white privilege, etc. its important that they educate themselves and work diligently to dismantle the system that was created by their fellow white ancestors.
