I have felt all of these, and I can relate to the "white exceptionalism" one especially. I've known people and have lived in communities with very actively racist people and groups, and I've always intentionally set myself apart from these groups and communities and been vocal against them. I think for a long time I thought that should be enough, or I wanted "credit" for not participating in the hate. But I can understand now that it's the baseline, not something to strive for, and that I can hold these beliefs and still have implicit bias and make mistakes, whether I intend to or not.
