The definition of racist acts has changed for me. It was more of violent and hurtful acts toward different race. But now I think, in this context, the racist acts can be indirect and seamless acts by white people. In the US, in the institutional racist society, all white people are racist. I don't think it carries the same concept if I had said it before this training. I do not feel like attacking white people anymore when I say that. And it eliminates the confusion and ease the pain from internalizing the injustice... just a tiny bit.
