Please watch this. HUGE DISCLAIMER: The language the children use sometimes is racist. The "n' word is used only because the teacher openly asked what terms children heard to describe black people. Bear with the experiment, the teacher will eventually switch roles of the children to place the shoe on the other proverbial foot.
Also, you might cry, it's quite unsettling. By the end, I was a complete puddle. But the lesson is vitally important. The point she is making with this social experiment is thow people of color, and physical handicaps feel everyday. Everyday. Everyday? Everyday. All day, everyday. That they are lesser. That they are bad. That they are criminal. And you as being white, unless you have a physical handicap, you have absolutely no idea what it means to be discriminated against, until hopefully you see this video.
