I am a white woman, so I definitely have privileges that come along with that. I see it when I get stopped by police officers and often get warnings rather than tickets. I see my privilege when I leave a store and they don't check my receipt, but check others' who are not white. I was a little surprised with the latino man who spoke about having supremacy when you have lighter skin or eyes in the latino community. I had not thought about that before. Overall I was most intrigued to listen to the Native American people speak because I feel like they are least represented in MY life. I was especially interested in listening to the people who spoke about being mixed Native American and another race. A common theme I heard across the videos was the struggle of finding the balance of having more than one culture and dealing with people outside of that race (white people) asking questions or making comments.
