This was a wonderful section - how kind of these individuals to share their story/ perspective for the rest of us to learn (it's no one's job to teach me their personal experience but I very much appreciate those who are willing). I really resonated with the answers of white people: the guilt, the lack of racial identity, the discomfort. It's interesting how no other cultures seem so uncomfortable in this discussion even though they are the ones being victimized with such frequency. It was really interesting to hear many different perspectives on how race/ ethnicity impact individuals and communities.
