Well, that was an interesting exercise. I was surprised by some of the results and not surprised by some, too. Everyone has implicit bias, and of course, I'm not immune to that - I guess I thought that it would be less than what my results were (a couple "slight" and a couple "moderate"). After the 3rd and 4th tests, though, I did have a slight feeling of skepticism b/c it seemed a little rigged when the categories changed for hitting "E" and "I" and I do struggle with some memory/recall issues; however, if the tests were developed by folks at places like UVA & Yale, surely they know more than I do.
