I had a lot of mixed feelings about this video. In some ways, I feel that it would be very interesting for a group of white kids to be able to feel what discrimination is like. This may give them helpful insight in the future as they encounter discrimination. However, it also felt a bit abusive to me. It was hard to see children reacting so emotionally to the horrors of discrimination. However, I also realize that this might be my privilege in that I am white and have never felt discriminated against because of how I look. My favorite part was at the end of the video when the children all had their arms around their friends. They were so happy to be back together again, and this was beautiful to watch.
