I remember watching the Systemic Racism video in graduate school and thinking how well done it was. I am always appalled at the US's mass incarceration crisis. The mass incarceration crisis is, yet another, example of systemic racism. My hope is that we can continue to gain education and implement social workers within the police force to begin to change the dynamic and the way we, as a society, treat people.
