I've had some knowledge of the information presented in the Module about red lining, and systems that impede economic opportunities especially for Black people. However, it makes a difference to get historical facts and additional details of these systemic issues all in one place. There is a deep frustration that many people live with on a daily basis feeling that no matter how hard you work, how much you try, your life is not your own. This module confirms why that is. At a whim, the life of a person considered a "minority" can be changed by systemic racism, thereby affecting generations to come. So yes, the module has brought additional clarity and confirmation to these truths lived each day by millions of people who are told this is the "Land of the free."
