My last post was about the rut we have dug ourselves into with racism in our society. This one was about literally drawing ruts for communities to have a hard time to get out of to put them into bad situations. Bad schools and bad education often leads to arrests at an early age. If communities do not have an opportunity to get out of bad situations like this, it will not get better.

Discussion Decorum: Participants will treat each other with respect. When disagreeing or debating, focus comments on the facts and training content, not personalities. No personal attacks. Purposefully rude or derogatory language will not be tolerated.
