One way we can deconstruct our current racist system is by educating ourselves. Our implicit biases are even stronger than we know. How can we continue to actively educate ourselves and keep each other honest and real? As a Social Worker I am constantly learning and listening to everyone's stories, and a person's truth. This is humbling work, and work that we must continue with in order to co-construct, share our voices and our power. Please share here, if you are so moved, how you continue to deconstruct your own implicit and explicit biases, how you continue to educate yourself, so I can improve my daily and moment-to-moment practice of doing so as well. Thank you!
